Yeah baby. More to come, be ready. So, one of my first stories is going to be Plan B. This place ROCKS. Wicked owners, wicked manager, wicked people, it's happening. A must check out in Shanghai. Had a great time tonight, did my first beer bong (aparantly part of admissions in any BC university :) ) and just partied down. Tomorrow night will be doing my first interview for Shanghai Boom! Finally, something hits the fan! Met a guy last week, gave me a call today. He's putting up a site called Shanghai Boom! It's dedicated to rock, alternative rock, punk, goth, industrial music in Shanghai. We're talking bars, clubs, and bands. Everything. Anyways, I'll let everyone know more about it when it's up. But it sounds like a change in the right direction. I hope everyone gives full support. Oh yeah, and yours truly will have a column in there! Coolorama!

Well with the forum open, seems I don't really blog that much anymore. It's been almost a week. Party at Cee's on Thursday was terrific. See the forum, events for the details and look at the pics on this site. Thinking of slightly changing the format of this site. Will keep you posted on that (or not, maybe I'll just do it and you'll see). Things are looking good and Cee's renewed my belief that there is a strong following of alt rock punk lovers in Shanghai.

The bad news is it looks like I'm done with Woodstock. The good news is it looks like I'm done with Woodstock. No hard feelings. They wanted a teacher crowd, I gave them a teacher crowd, then they wanted the older businessmen back. I won't make anymore comments than that. Anyone that knows the place knows what I'm talking about. Had a good time, made some good friends, and even got a small following out of the deal. A 21 peanut salute to Woodstock.
